I started with PawSteps on Day 1, July 1, 2008 and have been here ever since. I graduated from Elizabethtown College a long time ago with a B.S in Business Administration/Marketing. After many years in the business, accounting and education fields, I ventured into the veterinary field where I discovered my passion. I began my work at PawSteps as a receptionist and have grown with the practice, being promoted first to office manager and, now the current practice manager. I love my workplace and co-workers and have met some truly wonderful people that make me smile every day.
I live in Uxbridge with my husband, Bob; daughter Erin; Mick Mick, the ruler of all pets (my 14 year old cat); Cayden who was rescued from a local shelter and loves me best; Sophie, my very shy cat; and our newest addition Mitzi, a fox hound mix who loves to sing with us. I enjoy playing golf, reading and traveling to anyplace that is warm and has a beach. I have also been an active member on the board of directors at Dog Orphans for over 12 years and enjoy being an ambassador for this shelter.
We welcomed Adrienne to PawSteps in November, 2014 as a customer service representative who brought to this position extensive experience in the health care environment. She lives in Mendon with her husband, Tim and her two sons, Chris and Dan. Adrienne also shares her home with Buddy, an 11-year old Cock-a-Poo.
Adrienne is an avid runner and has completed 4 Boston Marathons. She is also active in Cross-Fit where she loves to participate in competitions for fundraisers for local charitable organizations. Adrienne consistently receives recognition for the most punctual and professionally attired member of the staff.
Customer Service Supervisor
Hello! My name is Kelly and I joined PawSteps Family in May 2016. I started my career in Veterinary medicine when I was 15 years old, volunteering at my local animal shelter in South Carolina, as a kennel assistant. After years of training and hard work I became the lead Veterinary Techinician and then Head Surgical Technician of two hospitals in Atlanta, Georgia. My family and I relocated from Georgia in 2015, I decided to focus on Customer Service and retire from being a Veterinary Techinican after 15 years. I live in Rhode Island with my husband of 11 years, Matthew, my mother, Pamela, our Teacup Chihuahua Gynger and we just welcomed our son. In my spare time I enjoy consignment shopping, spending time with my best friend Cara, and traveling to Disney as often as I possibly can.
